If your account is protected by this plan, and you are either banned by a site moderator/admin or the website is forced permanently offline, you will receive a pro-rated refund based off the number of active months remaining on your account. Please note: this guarantee does not apply if you simply choose to leave, it protects you against account loss due to administrative actions or compulsory actions against the site.
