You must acknowledge and agree to these rules BEFORE creating an account.
By registering on our forums and furthermore, by purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that:
1) You are not affiliated with any gaming company directly or indirectly, its
interests, or its business in any capacity. You are not an author of a competing
product. You have no connection to ESA or any other legal entity involved in the
electronic gaming industry.
2) You agree to not share any information obtained on this site to others nor
will you use any of the content on this site against Bugtorrent.com or Return My
Life, LLC in any fashion whatsoever.
4) By signing up, you agree that Bugtorrent.com and Return My Life is not
responsible for any content posted on the forums by other users. You are in full
agreement that any post you find on the forums composed by members is not
representative of, condoned, or reflective of Bugtorrent, or Return My
Life, LLC. You are responsible to report any unlawful content to the
site admin. While we make an effort to moderate posts, we cannot possibly
know the text of all posts at all times, hence you acknowledge that there will
be content on our forums that exists completely unknown to Return My Life, LLC
or the administrator of BugTorrent.com
5) You fully agree that all information on this site is for intellectual
purposes only, and you are responsible for how you use it.
6) You understand we are only a news source giving information, commentary, and
critique to the public.
7) We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone we choose.

9) You are not a moderator or administrator or a seller of an information or a

software on this site and any consequences that may result. All the
software available on this site is 'General Purpose' and not specific to a
single application (meaning that it can be used with a variety of applications,
you must configure the software to be used with a specific application). All
responsibility and any consequences for using software lies with you, and you
agree to free the authors and this site completely of any liability or
responsibility governing your use of the software. Furthermore, you
acknowledge that attached files in our forums are not guaranteed and may contain
viruses, Trojans or other malicious content. While we strive to make sure
that uploaded or linked attachments that are posted in our forums are legitimate
software, we cannot guarantee it and it is YOUR responsibility to ensure any

exposes reverse engineering of copy written software, illegal hacking, or
content that is related to illegal game servers or any illegal activity that
interferes with the ability of a game company to lawfully profit off of its game
is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed when brought to
the attention of the site administrator, and a permanent ban may result.
13) Spam, Porn, Harassment, Vulgar or Obscene behavior will not be
tolerated on our forums and may result in disciplinary action against your
account up to and including permanent banning.
Porn spam will always result in a permanent ban, no second chances.
14) We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason
without any obligation to refund paid subscriptions, except for those members
who are protected under our Protected Membership Plan, currently provided only
to 5 year subscriptions. Details of this plan which include how a
